Breakfast and After School Club

We are pleased to confirm that our main Breakfast Club and After School Clubs will be returning 5 days a week from September for children from Reception through to Year 6. We are also running specific clubs, with details included below. All clubs can be booked via Theclub@epa-primary.org and bookings are open now. We also accept childcare vouchers and offer a 10% sibling discount.

Apart from Multi-Sports and Y5/6 Football, all clubs can be booked in advance or on an ad-hoc basis (space permitting). 24 hour's notice needs to be given for cancellation, otherwise charges will apply. For those attending the 3:30 - 4:30 or 3:30 - 5:00 clubs, the extended after school club (4:30 - 6.00) can be booked if wrap around care is needed post 5:00pm.

Late pick-ups will incur a late charge (see below).

late pick up charges

If you are late to collect from the 4:30pm session your child will be added to either the 5pm session (if there is one) or the 6pm extended session if there is not and the additional cost charged to your Arbor account.

If you are late to collect from the 5:00pm session your child will be added to the 6pm session and the additional cost charged to your Arbor account.

If you are late to collect from the 6:00pm session then you will be charged a late fee of £10 for the first five minutes and then an additional £1 for every minute that you are late. For example if you arrive at 6:08pm you will be charged an additional £13.00 which will be added as an additional cost to your Arbor account.
